Wow! Will this spring ever come? It seems to be arriving and it's been a long time coming.

Last year by this time we were enjoying a beautiful spring with ice out of the lake and some days had been tickling the 80 degree mark.

Newfound is finally starting to show some signs of melting and the snow is leaving quickly. At West Shore Marine, we have been getting ready as well, finishing up our winter work in the shop to be ready for the busy season ahead.

Just arrived are 2 truckloads of South Bay pontoon boats ready for the showroom. New upgrades include interiors, new colors and even a new model for 2013 - The 417CR- which is a 17 foot pontoon boat with all the features of a larger boat. The 417CR includes 25" tubes, beautiful cruise interior with a full cover and 60 hp Mercury Big Foot motor. Prices start at $18,995.

We have also teamed up with Irwin Marine to offer Sea Ray boats again as well as a new-to-us line, Stingray boats. Stingray produces great boats with good value and a long history in the business. The 19 foot 195RX is selling for as little as $21,995. It is a fantastic deal for anyone looking to get on the water this year.

New in the store this year is OBRIEN skis, wakeboards, wakesurfers, and tubes. We are also carrying a line of Paddle boards from California Board Co.

A few things to remember before the season really starts is to give us a call to schedule any service needed, well before launch time. Renew your membership to the Newfound Lake Region Association (NLRA). And get ready for a great summer.
